Great Experience Start to Finish!

From the very start of my communications with Mary she made us feel comfortable with every part of the process. She was diligent in responding to my questions while choosing a puppy. She sent many pictures/videos of the litter, and even after selecting our puppy she kept us in the loop on how he was doing with consistent updates! Hugo (kennel name Kamden) made the trip from Ohio to his home with us in Massachusetts and he’s been an incredible puppy for the first few months! The delivery was as smooth a process as I could have imagined, absolutely seamless. Hugo is a very smart puppy, which I attribute to Mary’s work during the first 8 weeks of his life. He has been a joy to train, picking up many cues, tricks, and commands with ease even at such a young age. He has a great temperament – gets along with other dogs (and cats!), loves people, and has handled new situations (car rides, guests, holiday parties) incredibly. We could not have asked for a better addition to our family!
